You are always in a mode.
Most of the time, we don’t choose the mode we’re in. It arrives — shaped by the morning, the meeting, the last conversation we had. We operate within it without seeing it.
These cards make the mode visible. You look at the pairs — fast or careful, creating or critiquing, leading or supporting — and you notice which side you’re in right now. Not which side is better. Just where you are now.
