Each card gives you a useful tension, not a label. The deck helps you notice how you are showing up right now, name what is happening without blame, and choose the mode that serves the moment.

How it works

1. Pick a real moment. A conversation, decision, meeting, pattern, or private moment you want to understand more clearly.
2. Draw one mode pair. Place both sides on the table so the tension becomes visible without attaching it to one person.
3. Ask the better question. What mode am I in, and what mode would serve this moment?
